At the RE/MAX International Convention in February 2005 Carol was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.  In 2005 Carol had earned in excess of $1 million dollars since joining RE/MAX Preferred on St Pete Beach and is still going strong. 

Carol has been selling real estate on St Pete Beach since 1994, Chris joined her in 2002.  Every year Carol and Chris receive awards from RE/MAX International.  Awards of Platnium Club or 100% Club are achieved annually. 

Carol holds the CRS Designation which is awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists.  It is the highest designation awarded to REALTORS in the residential sales field.  Less than 4% of all Realtors hold the CRS Designation. CRS Designees earn an average of three times as much as the typical REALTOR who sells residential real estate.

Carol also holds the GRI Designation awarded by the Education Committee of the National Association of Realtors.  Realtors who hold the GRI Designation have dedicated their time and money on real estate education coursework to bring their clients quality service.  They are up to date on the latest real estate trends and issues.  GRI's are nationally recognized as top performers in the real estate industry, are professionally trained, are knowledgeable, have successfully completed a predetermined course of study, and also subscribes to the Code of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. 

Carol earned her Real Estate Broker's License for the State of Florida and is officially a Broker/Associate at RE/MAX Preferred on St Pete Beach. 

Carol and Chris also give back to their community.  They are proud sponsors of the Children's Miracle Network and donate a portion of each commission check to All Children's Hospital. Every home they sell is a "Miracle Home".
